Dawn Ringrose

Since 1990, Dawn has enjoyed transferring knowledge to organizations about excellence models so they could use best management practices to create a culture committed to excellence and achieve exceptional results – good governance, trust in leadership, customer delight, employee engagement, continually improving work processes, strong supplier and partner relationships, better utilization of resources, balanced system of measurement, financial performance.

By working with leaders to harness the talent and creativity of people working within, she has helped organizations move from current state to desired future state by – self-assessing the organization against an excellence model, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement, sharing responsibility throughout the organization to address gaps, benchmarking to learn from others. Dawn’s involvement as the representative for Canada on the Global Benchmarking Network and the Organizational Excellence Technical Committee has provided ongoing currency in best management practice.

Most recently, Dawn authored the Organizational Excellence Framework (2010) publication and an accompanying toolkit to assist with the implementation of an excellence model.
